Philosophies

Somewhere along my journey in life I developed an attachment to a couple philosophies.  The first would be, leave things better than I found them, attributing this to growing up working side-by-side with my dad remodeling houses for over 22 years.  Whether the job was working with an investor doing an entire house rehab, a bathroom/kitchen remodel or simply a paint job, leaving a project better than we found it was our mission.  Doing this also meant the person whose project we were taking on had to be happy when we wrapped up, thereby leaving not just their house, but also the client in a better place than when we started.  I have carried this mindset with me for a long time and it is something that I have taught my daughter. Another philosophy I live by is, the idea that life can be hard enough for many people, so whenever given the opportunity, help make someone’s life easier.  Having these governing ideas has made being a real estate agent that much more gratifying.  This has motivated me to always try and go above and beyond for my clients.  In making the process as easy and smooth as possible, I’ve been able to save my clients a lot of unnecessary stress in what is one of the largest transactions in their lives.

Being Bilingual

 “The more people you can communicate with, the more people you can help”. This is something I wholeheartedly believe,  and I have clients that have benefited from the more extensive reach that comes with being bilingual. Although marketing in two languages sometimes means twice the time and money spent, the added exposure is always a win. Sometimes being bilingual can also help create a smoother transaction with fewer barriers.

Who I am

Having grown up in a very family oriented household I carry those same values with me to this day, extending them to include friends not just family. It is because of this that you will often find me with my daughter doing some of our favorite activities or with friends enjoying what Colorado has to offer.

No ADDED FEES

The best way to do business is transparently. This is why when you sell your house with me, I will tell you up front how much my commission will be and what it includes. These details will be included in the contract to list your house and there will be no additional costs or surprise fees for anything on my behalf.

Buyers typically never pay their agents anything since we are paid by the sellers agent. When working with a for “For Sale By Owner” this could change because the payment structure might be different and have to be negotiated with the seller. In traditional transactions with a sellers agent though I never charge my buyers for my services.

As your agent, it is my responsibility to act in your best interest. This means always being available for any questions you might have, and doing my best to provide you with information you could use to make a better informed decision. Once I have provided you with the information you could use, decisions are yours to make without any pressure from me. It is my aim is to make your process, whether selling or buying, as stress free and smooth as possible. Prioritizing you as a client is not just a matter of answering your questions and doing what is required of me in negotiations. It’s also to use my knowledge(and networks of professionals) in all fields I have experience in, whether it’s real estate or construction, to ultimately benefit you. This is so that when you work with me, you are not just leveraging me and my experience, but also those that I have access to.
